Discovery & validation
This phase is critical for us to begin to understand what you want to create and so we can recommend the right technical approach. Often, in this phase we will build proof of concepts and explore technology solutions so we can be confident in our software going into the build phase.
Design & build
Once we have a clear picture of what the software should look like, we get into the design and build phase. How we approach this phase depends on the overall scope but the key items we need to focus in on are the user experience (UX), user interface (UI), the build itself, and the integrations (payment, email, AI) that are needed to launch the product and have it succeed. Collaboration is key in this phase and we work with you closely to make sure we are aligned at every step.
Launch & roadmap
Once the product is completed, we will help you launch and celebrate with you! But the journey doesn’t stop there – once you launch, we will work with you to interpret user feedback, separate signal from noise, and create a roadmap of next steps aligned with your goals. Fundraising, monetizing, licensing your software to others, or just maintenance – we are there for you for the long haul!
